All prescriptions are issued by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an appropriately qualified prescriber following a clinical consultation. Completion of our online questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Our clinical team reviews each consultation individually. We may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or refer you to your GP where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are issued solely for weight management purposes and in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances. We recommend informing your GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our service.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier's schedule and are not guaranteed by us.
We deliver to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medications cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with appropriate patient information leaflets with your order. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice promptly.
